Urban Upscale Dining in the Exchange District

Located in Red River College's Paterson GlobalFoods Institute, Jane's is a student-run urban upscale restaurant in Winnipeg's historic Exchange District. Staffed by students in Red River College's Hospitality and Culinary Arts programs, Jane's provides hands-on, practical experience to the students as they prepare to enter the workforce.

Jane's is open for lunch and dinner, Tuesday - Friday, and features a full-service menu with soups, salads, entrees, desserts and beverages. Evening dining is licensed for alcohol service, featuring a varied wine list, in addition to the usual mixed drinks, beers, and special coffees.

As Jane's is a student training facility, we ask that you please make a reservation before visiting so we can make the necessary preparations.
